What are the shipping costs?
For worldwide shipments we offer a flat rate of €7 for ‘Standard Tracked’ shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received.
The shipping time is approximately 7-14 business days. Please note that shipments to South America, Central America and Africa may take slightly longer, however will usually be no more than 5-6 weeks.

Will my shipment be delayed due to the pandemic?
Please note that the vast majority of shipments are now being delivered as normal, however due to the current international shipping situation, there may be delays out of our control.
Do I need to pay tax/VAT on my order?
Depending on the tax regulations of your country, there may be a tax/VAT charge placed on your shipment by your local customs authorities. Unfortunately this is out of our control and we are unable to intervene if a tax is placed on the shipment, however we will do our best to reduce the declared value of the shipment in order to reduce any possible charge. Please contact us directly if you have any particular requests for the customs declaration of your shipment.
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
Although 99.9% of our shipments are delivered with no issues, we understand that sometimes there can be issues. If your order doesn’t arrive, we will investigate with our shipping provider and we can either resend the order or provide a refund depending on the outcome of the investigation. Please note that this process can take up to 14 business days.
The item that I want to buy is sold out. Will you get it back in stock?
In some cases, we will re-stock an item that is sold out, however for the majority of our products, we usually do not get them back in stock once they are sold out. Please contact us if there is a specific jersey that you’re looking for and we can let you know if we will re-stock it.
What if my order isn’t right?
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we are happy to exchange it for you once proof of the issue is provided. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for issues related to sizing.
