Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and order number.

If your return is accepted, we’ll contact you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What are the shipping costs?

For worldwide shipments, we offer a flat rate of €7 for tracked shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received.

The shipping time is approximately 7-14 business days. Please note that shipments to Africa may take slightly longer, however will usually be no more than 5-6 weeks. 

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to all countries worldwide.

Do I need to pay tax/VAT on my order?

Depending on the tax regulations of your country, there may be a tax/VAT charge placed on your shipment by your local customs authorities.

Unfortunately this is out of our control and we are unable to intervene if a tax is placed on the shipment, however we will do our best to reduce the declared value of the shipment in order to reduce any possible charge.

Please contact us directly if you have any particular requests for the customs declaration of your shipment.

 

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

Although 99.9% of our shipments are delivered with no issues, we understand that sometimes there can be issues.

If your order doesn’t arrive after 2 weeks, contact us and we will investigate with our shipping provider. We can either resend the order or provide a refund depending on the outcome of the investigation.

Please note that this process can take up to 5 business days.

The item that I want to buy is sold out. Will you get it back in stock?

In some cases, we will re-stock an item that is sold out, however for the majority of our products, we usually do not get them back in stock once they are sold out.

Please contact us if there is a specific jersey that you’re looking for and we can let you know if we will re-stock it.

What if my order isn’t right?

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we are happy to exchange it for you once proof of the issue is provided.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for issues related to sizing. Refer to our Size charts.
